great staff but room for improvement

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me, especially when I had issues with my luggage. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore everything on foot. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast offered a delightful range of fresh fruits and local dishes that energized my mornings.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and cozy. It had a comfy bed and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Balcony offered a nice street view, and the room was soundproofed for a peaceful sleep. The staff helped me with tours and arranged transport seamlessly. Breakfast was amazing with eggs and fresh fruits.

the room I stayed in had no direct lift access which made it tough for my father. the staff was super helpful in moving us to a more accessible floor. also, the family suite was huge with plenty of storage. breakfast was above average with tasty options like pancakes and eggs. wonderful location near everything.
